A clear enquiry helps the team understand whether the work involves metal fabrication, laser cutting, laser welding, laser cleaning, rust removal or related repair work. The first message should identify the item, material and intended result without assuming that a particular process is suitable before technical review.
Identify the item and required work
Describe whether the enquiry concerns a new component, an existing assembly, a repair or surface cleaning. Explain where the item is used and which part needs attention. For site work, include the location and show the surrounding area so access and nearby surfaces can be considered.
Provide dimensions and material information
Share known dimensions, thickness, quantity and material type. A dimensioned drawing is preferable when available, but a clear sketch can still help at the enquiry stage. If the material is unknown, say that it needs confirmation rather than guessing. Include tolerances, finish requirements or matching requirements only when they are already known.
Information to prepare
- A drawing, sketch or clear photos of the item or work area.
- Known material type, dimensions, thickness and quantity.
- The required cutting, welding, cleaning or repair work.
- For site work, photos of access and the surrounding work area.
- Any existing damage, coating, rust or contamination that is visible.
- The intended use of a new or modified part.
Separate the requested result from the process
It is useful to describe the result you need, even if you are unsure whether laser cutting, welding, cleaning or another method is appropriate. AUHUA Services can review the information before discussing a practical service direction. Final process, materials, safety controls, price and timing require separate confirmation.
See Metal Fabrication & Laser Services for the service scope, then attach the clearest available drawings and photos to your enquiry.
